the cast manifold came with a T04S which was close to a T04E-57. the T04R and later T04Z kits had a tubular manifold.
the cast manifold for sure fits a RHD, its where they were selling this kit, and it will even keep the air pump and full emissions if needed (it may even be CARB legal).
