HKS carb-ti VS Greddy full ti...boost creep

Okay, I know I may enounter boost creep with my set up (stock IC, stock intake, DP, gutted cat, catback) But I think I would rather go with the greddy full ti over the HKS carb ti, however the Greddy is 5mm larger piping...is that the least of my worries? Will that extra 5mm create a much larger chance for boost creep, or not that significant? I will be using resitrictor plates as well...

It won't matter which catback you choose as long as you install a properly sized restrictor plate.
