High RPM

The cars idle was fine untill after I changed my oil today. After the oil change I start the car and it revs up to 3000rpm and stays there. So i shut it off and start it again, the rpm now stays at 2400. If I touch the gas pedal and let go the rpm goes higher and higher. I'm completely confused, so I started it again and it goes up to 3000rpm ans stays there. My car was towed on the weekend, but I drove it back the same day and everything was fine. Could someone please tell me what is wrong?

I let the car run for a couple of minutes and it stays at 3000rpm, goes down and then starts to climb up again. There seems to be a lot of air coming up from around the alternator. Is this normal?

Check the electrical connections on the Throttle Body, make sure you didn't knock them loose or off.

It looks like the spring on the throttle valve went. So now I have no idea how to fix it, could someone tell me what part # the spring is?
