For some reason my PFC log shows that my knock is stupidly high once in a while. 60+ sometime even 120+. So I dig further to see when it is happening. It never get above 25 on WOT but when the go pedal is lifted and the motor is winding down I get quick one time spike of high knock, usually some where between 3-5k rpm.

Do anyone experience this? Any way to address the issue?

Non boost knock is irrelevant; cf. the PFC forum for many discussions of this.

 

You've got something rattling... it's not due to AFR or EGT, etc

 

it would be better if you logged it with a Datalogit rather than "eyeballing" the Commander

 

I get really high knock on decel too.
