High Knock 4000rpm hesitation

Hi Guys,

Eversince the rebuild i have been having high Knock readings... Knock readings have been high.. when i boost i get knock of 150+ all the time... i can't say if it knocks under boost or underdeceleration...

OK this is accompanied by 4000 rpm heistation... the car does not want to rev past 4000rpms... after the rebuild at first i thought that my twins might be shot so i switched to a single and still now luck?

What could the problem be ?

Following are the mods

Streetported engine
HKS T04E turbo kit
Apex-i GT Spec Radiator
Apex-i N1 Exhaust
Apex-i Power FC
Greddy E-01 Boost controller
Greddy SMIC
Mid pipe
Aquamist 1s system

Can it be the water sensor or Secondary injectors?? I have already ordered 1600cc Secondary injectors, Fuel Pump and secondary fuel rail...

Also where can i locate the Water temp sensor?

What do i do.... Very very confused...

I would definitly check the secondarys to make sure that they are working properly and not sealed closed. Also check to make sure your power fc is not set on a rev limiter of 4k as most people do that to avoid boosting on a new rebuilt engine. But definitly check the PFC make sure the rev limiter is not set at 4k and also check taht your secondarys are opening and closing correctly.

When for 2 days the car became OK the power fc shoed a max of 96% Injector duty.. else i do not see over 70% even with the hestitation... can that mean that the secondaries are the problem?

I had that same problem before. I didn't find out what it was until after the motor blew. The o-ring rubber gaskets that the fuel injectors sit on were torn, and the fuel was blocked and wasn't atomizing right. Thats what blew my motor. I would check you fuel injectors out before doing anything else.
