high idle, running rough just did single

Hey guys I just converted to single turbo .. i started the car and the idle was kind of high (1500rpm) and the next day i go to start it and its running a high idle (2000-2500) and runs rough.. i converted the harness as well so i have deleted the aws and emission solenoids.. I'm pretty sure i have all the vacuum lines capped off so I'm not sure about vacuum leaks

mods

1000cc primaries
2000cc secondaries
FFE fuel rails
adaptronics ecu - i have a base tune from Zach
BW s366
direct fire coils

If you have the AIC( idle air control valve disconnected), and the throttle cable and or throttle body is not hanging open on something, the only way you will have an idle that high is from a vacuum leak.

Idle is now at normal rpms. But engine is rough and afrs are not correct. Gonna need a different tune to get going
