What are the best blue HID bulbs (street legal)??

no such things as h.i.d. bulbs... maybe an HID KIT that costs an arm but thats the real thing... the bulbs are lookalikes and can never display the realness of the HID KIT.. there was a post of a member that had installed one and showed pics of how nice and bright they were.. try searching...
