Hi, please help me out guys

my 93 rx7 had radiator leakage problem. So I took it too it to a shop and they said "found air separator bottle leaking, approximately 210 for parts and labor for new bottle" does this sound right to you guys? Thanks!

At current rates, that's about right. The part will run around $90-150 and mechanic rates are $60/hr. You could just get the metal AST from Pettit for $90 and do it yourself...

Yeah...go with the aluminum one from pettit. Its a good idea to upgrade from the stock plastic unit to the aluminum one. Plus it looks better and wont crack like the pos stock one.

Try Micah Robles (Gooseproductions@aol.com). He makes a nice polished alum AST and sells them on the forum from time to time.

I found my Pettit Al AST for $80 on www.thepartstrader.com - installed it myself in about 15 minutes.

look there and ebay for a used one. It's not like they go bad (the aluminum ones, anyway)
