hi im a newbie, need all info on rx7s!
right,im a disgruntled cosworth owner, who has had just about enough of spending thousands of pounds every other week for new engine bits,etc....for it to blow up ALL the time!418 bhp,409 lb/ft is all well and good when it works but not when it just sits in a car park!
so.....i have seen rx7s and reckon i might be tempted to get one of these next,BUT i am a piston man,so dont really understand the tuning of rotaries!please could someone explain whats involved in getting at least 400 bhp outta one of these?what torque levels are expected?what are the limits of the transmission?(diff and gearbox)what are the brakes good for?it?dont reply with if you have to ask you cant afford, please!!!!!!ive spent over ten thousand pounds this year on the cossie!just wanna know the relation of cost between the two, sorry if i sound off,i just crave the knowledge im sure you all have!
hello everybody,im happy to be here!

By 400HP, you might consider a single turbo set up, a ported engine and driveline bits. YOU MUST get an ECU and have it properly tuned. Rotaries aren't fully reliable, but they'll last if you take care of it.
