Hi! My mechanic told me that I need this part, becouse It is damaged. The fact is that I really donīt know how to call it and WHAt does it is for.



Do u know? someone told me wastegate actuator or something like this....

It is alocated next to the turbos.










do u know if that white thing can be replaced? or I will have to buy the hole part?

Probably have to buy the whole part. Looks like the wastegate actuator or something. Could be the turbo control actuator. You could just take the part with you to the Mazda dealer and get them to look it up.

 

Thats the turbo control actuator.It the bigger of the three and works with vacuum and pressure..

 

The good news is that a used turbo control actuator runs about $25 in the US.

The bad news is that a new one from Mazda runs like $500. The other bad news is that shipping one from the US to argentina might be kinda expensive too.

So, it is the TURBO CONTROL ACTUATOR.
