hesitation problem (not at 3k)

My car has sort of a hesitation problem at WOT. It feels kind of like a loss of power, like the rpms should go up faster. Jeff at rotary power replaced the spark plugs and wires, but it didnt fix it. He said it might be the ignition/coils or something electrical. Someone on the forum also mentioned that it might be the grounds. What can it be?? Any help is appreciated. Thanks

hmm can it really be the fuel filter? I'm gonna try to do a tuneup this week (change all fluids and filters) and maybe the grounds too. hopefully that will fix it.

- oil and oil filter
- air filter
- fuel filter
- transmission oil
-differential fluid
- brake fluid
-flush radiator

anything else?
