Hesitation... please help

Ok... This is a funky problem, but I do need the answer.

My car has a particularly odd situation.

It will let me boost up to 7-8psi with the primary turbo but only about 4psi on the secondary.

Up until that point, the car seems pretty normal to me...

Right before this happened, that last things that i did were...

I took off all the intake hoses and intercooler, cleaned everything out and changed the wastegate hoses...

But after that, I went for a couple of drives with no problems at all. The lines that were replaced were zip tied also and I looked at them today and they were still attached.

BTW: If I got over 8psi at low RPM or 4 PSI at high RPM, the ignition (or fuel) cuts out, lets the pressure go down some, and then it proceeds to drive like normal until I go over that psi again..

Like I stated, the car runs perfectly normal other than the fact that I can't boost over 8psi in the primary and 4 psi at high RPMS.

I haven't tried resetting the ECU yet...

Tell me your thoughts everyone...
