I replaced the fuel pump yesterday evening just in case that was the issue. Overall the o-ring on the old pump looked fine, but the plastic cap on top of the o-ring was cracked all the way through. I'm pretty sure that cap doesn't do anything other than keep the oring from slipping off, so That wasn't the issue.

I redid the FSM pressure test with the new pump (right after install) and the the pressure went from 39 to 15 psi over a 5 minute period. However, I then let the car idle for 10 minutes or so, shut it off and redid the FSM test and the pressure fell to 0 psi within 15 seconds or so (basically the same as before). So, either this is normal given my fuel set-up or I really do have a bad injector (no engine flooding, though). I still need to drive the car to see if the new pump changed anything, but it doesn't seem like it so far.

if the problem is still there, I'm pretty sure it is, I'll pull all 4 injectors and send them to RC, and replace the plug wires. I'm pretty much out of any other ideas.

Problem solved! It was....

The fuel pump. I drove her today and she was 100%.... Amazing. Funny because I replaced the fuel pump only because I was out of options. I had pretty low expectations.

Kiku, my pump has the stock wiring.
