Do you have any way of checking your fuel pressure?

And when was the last time you replaced your spark plugs and wires?

Now I'm far from a master at diagnostics so take my advice with a grain of salt. I'd say if your boost pattern is where it should be its not to likely that a turbo control mechanism is bad. As the above poster was getting at you should try to check your fuel pressure to see if its dropping off or spiking which could be a bad fuel pump or pressure regulator. Could also be bad plugs, wires, or weak coil causing you to loose spark at higher rpm.

Im gonna go with bad plugs / wires.

The fact that it happens at high RPM after the transition from primary turbo to both turbos leads me to believe its probably not the turbo control system.

Now someone correct me if I'm wrong which I probably am but if the secondary turbos not coming online shouldn't you see a drop in boost up top?

if you have 10psi boost past 4500 rpm then the hesitation doesn't have anything to do with the turbo system.

Could be a number of things. Start by putting in a fresh set of plugs. Sounds like the turbos are functioning properly.

You should probably run either 2 x BUR7EQP and 2 x BUR9EQP
or you can run 4 x BUR9EQP if you wish.

You can also run regular BUR7EQ and BUR9EQ and save a couple of dollars.(non platinum, the P stands for platinum)

That works, I think the first pic suggests your car may be running lean.

ok so, if the hesitation isnt fixed with the new plugs -
Perhaps your car is running lean up top due to dodgy fuel pump / fuel pressure. That could also explain the hesitation.

its not normal for any plug to be actually "melted" at all.
soot and crap on the plugs yes, but physically melted no...
