Thats exactly what happened to my diff this summer. I asked to see how much the whole diff was from Mazda and it was $3500CDN for a stock replacement (included the housing) but all I needed was the diff its self and that was $2800 CDN which didn't make scence plus labour to install. So I went out and bought a Kazz for $2400CDN and haven't turned back. Thats real shitty but I feel your pain!!

i did the exact same thing a few months ago. cost me $175 in parts, plus $95 to have the diff shimmed and set-up by pros. i was even running a diff brace when it happened. i never knew cast iron could break so easy! lol i guess they're just weak

EDIT: here's a pic of mine https://www.rx7club.com/showthread.p...highlight=diff

That thing HAS lasted through a few runs down the track though, so maybe it was about time.

Wyum...I was on ET Streets...

I have made about 75 passes with the KAZZ diff.

This happened at the Import Shootout.

I will be visiting ebay

I'll be ready for the next big track event. It happens on September 25th.

ive been there twice. after i broke the first one, i got a whole used rear with housing for 200 from this kid in pa. that one lasted a month. when it broke the second time, only the internals broke so i coughed up the dow and went with a kaaz. it is really strong but it is noisy. make sure u get kaaz fluid if u get one. all in all i feel for u, so just use it as an excuse to get something for yourself.

Let me get this right? You broke your KAAZ while also running a Diff brace and destroyed the housing also.....
