Mods are desribed in sig. below..Symptom:
Let the car and turbos warm to safe operating temps..
1st gear WOT..feels and sounds good
2nd gearWOT..from 5000 to 7000 boost slightlly fades from 10 to 8psi with a slight rattling like maybe bearings failing.

All other gears same result.
Other related symptoms: slight oil ponding on rear turbo housing.
Ported turbos do have 65000 miles

I cannot find any air leaks(boost or exhaust).
Also there is no smoke @ WOT from exhaust.

Oh yea Profec B set @10psi....

 

seems just about normal man. its suppose to drop a bit. idk about the rattling though, it could be something else though (other then your turbos).

 

yea..Oh well...i guess i'll take off and look at. the motor was rebuilt 3500 ago..

What area is the rattling coming from i have the same problem with rattling except its coming from the driver side area and then i recieve break up in the ignition like not enough spark or not enough fuel.

 

It sounds like a bit like breaking up.. I am going to install some ground wires to start w/. I put a stereo in, but does it w/ system turned off also. Got tore up by hurricane so it is going to be a few days until I can fool w/ it.. It is definitaely not as strong as when I first got it together(about 2000 miles ago). Motor still running good though.. When I'm @WOT it reacts fine and then above 5000 it seems to crackle out the exhaust. Definately different from what I have experienced normally.
