here are my symtoms

mods are listed below

down pipe glows at the top near were the turbos are at start up. when boosting i still hear a loud noise sounds almost like a clowns kazoo. my oem bov is still throwing out a crap load of air at idle. not holding pressure. after a short cruise my primary was glowing a bit not to much but i was smoking a lot from the exhaust tip. my high flow was glowing neon red. non of the piping was glowing except for the high flow and the very top of the down pipe. my boost on the primary is a good 10. cant really test the secondary with the new controllers and with the solenoids bypassed just yet because i don't want to push the car like this. im going to take the fd to my mechanic real soon, on a flat bed for safe measures, but would like to know what you all think.

oh and on a previous thread some mentioned that the air pump would be the culprit but i guess not. got a low mile j spec air pump from a well known forum vendor and installed it just yesterday. still have the same problem

3" full exhaust,
high flow cat
down pipe
hallman boost controllers
j spec air pump
hard piping for oem air box

your blow off valve is throwing out air @ idle?.......thats impossible.....you dont make boost @ idle......hence there is no air for a bov to discharge

what ecu are u running........your timing must be way out for your exhaust to glow like that......

stock ecu. funds don't add up just yet for pfc. but yeah i have my bov vented to the atmosphere and you can both here and feel air coming out from it. not just a lil too, a lot. doesnt sounds like the swoosh you hear after boost. just sounds like air is being push out from bov.you can put your fingers up to it and feel a rush of air coming from it

i think thats normal then........throttle plates are closed, compressor is slight turning, car is pulling vaccum, in turn opening the bov

that is definetly not be "a crap load of air"

For whatever reason, you're running way too rich, which is what's causing your DP and hi-flow to glow.

Since you still have the stock ECU, have you tried pulling codes?
