Unhappy HELP! Wont Idle and Boggs over 20% Throttle

Ok, this is driving me crazy. I just rebuilt the engine, I out everything back together 3 days ago. I have done the sequential turbo simplification, removed all of the emissions too. I have a PFC, Wideband, DP MP & Catback. I have 550cc / 1300cc Injectors.

My problem is this, I go to start the car up, she fires right up and revs to aprox 3000RPM. Then it slowly (over the course of 4 seconds) drops down the idle and dies. This happens every time. I can keep it running around 2500 to 3000RPM by tickling the throttle. My main concern is that if I give it a bit or throttle it will stay around 3000 to 3500 RPM. If I give it more throttle it just hesitates / Boggs almost like the throttle cable is not even connected.

Not sure what the problem could be. I have a new fuel filter & new injectors. I am using the stock fuel line, rails, FPR & FPD.

I have checked for Vac. leaks to no avail. It almost seams like there is not enough fuel when the throttle is pushed past 20% open. Not really ssure what could cause this.

My MAP sensor is pluged in. I have not adjusted the TPS yet but it was never fooled with previously and the car ran OK.

I should probably add that It also has little mini backfires too. and seams like it runs on one rotor at times. (the one rotor thing is purely speculation)

Check the water temp sensor for the ECU - the green one that's at the back of the water pump housing. If it's not plugged in/sensor bad/etc., you'll have a car that doesn't want to run when cold. Should be easy to check on the PFC's monitor screen -if the water temp seems correct, you should be cool.

Is the PFC set up for the larger injectors? Also, are the injectors set up with the correct impedance? Most large injectors are low impedance and need a resistor for the ECU to see it as high impedance.

The PFC is setup for the larger injectors. the 1300cc injectors are the stock 850cc injectors I Had bored to 1300cc (By RC Engineeering)

The Water Temp sensor is plugged in and shows the correct Temp on the PFC.
