HELP, Wierd idle

So I was wondering what functions come on with the depresion of the clutch. The FD I bought sounds great and the motor sounds healthy starts right up and idles nicely. The only problem I found to be that when i step on the clutch the idle gets all funky. What should I check, the front harness that passes accross the drivers tire got a few cuts in the harness from the accident but I went throught and soldered them all then heat shrinked them. Anyone have an idea as to why its acting wierd when I push in the clutch. thanks any info would be great.

Chris

OK so I kinda retract my state ment it gets wierder LOL. So the idle is fine when I push in the clutch, it starts to surge and bounce a little when I put it into gear with the clutch down. Kinda bounces a little. Does some kind of vacuum route open when you put it into gear?

Bump because im having the same problem.

It does this sometimes though and only when warm/hot and with the clutch in in general, doesnt matter if in gear or not.

Could be clutch switch?
