HELP! where to buy a cheap 5th gear syncro via Internet?
I'm replacing my clutch disc 4 a Street/strip that I bought on Mazdatrix, but I would like to fix my 5th gear syncro issue.
can someboby tell me where to buy it on internet so I can ship it 2 my country and fix this common problem?
thanx u all!
beautifull forum!
Alexis
PS: can I change the disc only 4 a street/strip and leave the OEM plate??

You know the 5th gear syncro is a pretty inexpensive part. It's the actual teardown and replacement of it that bites.
Have you tried your local dealership? If for some reason you can't: try Malloy Mazda (do a search and you will find their number). Ray Crow (parts dude at Malloy) just may be able to ship to Argentina

The street/strip disc is nearly the same (or exactly the same) as the stock disc.
If you're doing this because the disc is worn, it should be fine. (But resurface the flywheel and pressure plate). If you're doing this because you want more torque capacity, you should change the pressure plate.
Ray Crowe at Malloy Mazda has the 5th synchros in stock and if anyone knows how to ship it, it's him. 888-533-3400.
