Help! Vents stuck in Floor Position

Well, I dropped the steering column, pulled the cluster and the radio surround. Then took the switches out of the surround and the cluster out of the panel/hood assembly to refinish the plastic panels and now after putting it all back together my vents will only blow air out of the Floor Position. Click through all other positions and it still just blows out of the floor. All the other buttons and switches in the stereo surround panel work fine. I pulled it all back apart and rechecked to make sure all the plugs were in all the way and they were. Then i pulled the switch out by itself and it looks fine and doesn't smell burnt or anything. Is there a way to check it with an ohm meter to see if it's shot? Any other ideas on what could be the problem?

Thanks
