Help with vaccum hose... where should it go to??

Ive been out of the RX7 game for quite a few years and have lost all sense of mechanics on these cars. That being said, i have a friend with a single turbo RX7 that is having an issue with a few vacuum line issues. The major one in question seems to be spewing oil OUT of it. If it is plugged up, the car smokes like no tomorrow, left open, the car does not smoke, but a good amount of oil seems to be coming from the line. I had to run a hose from there, dumping to the floor so there wouldnt be oil all over the engine bay. Here are some pictures of what im talking about in hopes that maybe someone can tell me what to do here. I added arrows to point out what im talking about.

Also, i noticed these other lines, left alone and unplugged. Should these be capped off or left alone?

Any and all help is greatly appreciated!!

For the line with oil spitting out is that the metal hardline thats connect with the OEM oil feed line?

The lines on the LIM is fine left open, i capped it just because but was told you could pull it out to make it look cleaner.

I believe the first one is an oil drain line that goes to the primary turbo elbow when the stock twins are installed. I would recommend putting a catch can to catch the oil. The other pics are for the sequential system with the stock twins they just go straight through and do not need to be capped off. You could remove them and weld up the holes if you really wanted to.

Thanks for the info! i was thinking about doing the catch can for that line as well, but wasn't sure. I did take a look at that diagram but couldn't figure out where the heck that line was on the diagram itself, lol.

Now if i do a catch can setup, how exactly would i connect the hoses? I know there has to be an inlet and an outlet, but where would the outlet go back to?
