help!!! speed limiter( Where a wire?)

Where to find a wire from the gauge of speed on ECU what to connect delimiter???Please tell somebody.

Just remove Dash clocks and follow the two wires goin to the speedo. Its one of them.
The delimiter also needs 12v on the red and earth the black
