Help with selecting ECU mod

Just joined site and find it very informative. Have a 94 with PFS cat back, cold air intake, intercooler and boost guage. My problem is that I am seeing as much as 13 lbs boost and hitting fuel cut off. While many people are high on the Apexi ECU, I am not a tuner and would feel more comfortable going with a plug and play ECU mod. Can anyone provide some feed back on Pettit vs. M2 and the advantages and disadvantages of each. Any suggestions or other sources would be appreciated
Thanks!

m2 is more staged upgrades so you have to be careful. Pettit is what I went with for the same reasons plus I did not have that much money at the time. I would go with pettit if you are just doing bolt on mods (ie intake, exhaust, pulleys, etc.) You probably need a reprogramed ecu bad with the mods you are already running. I am planning on running a single turbo and going extreme...wish I had gotten the power fc. There are usually some tuners you just got to find them. I believe I will go with haltech later when I can afford a single.
