Help Removing Front Subframe

I'm engaging in the old oil pan reseal, and I've hit a snag trying to remove the front subframe. All of the guides just gloss over this, so I'm stumped. How does one remove the subframe? I've undone the six subframe connectors; the four power steering connectors; the engine mounts, and the alignment pins. The subframe moves freely under the car, but I can't get the A-arms to disengage from their slots. How do these come out? I've attached a couple pictures that show where I am. None of the guides seem to spend any time on this (and the FSM just has a "remove the bolts and nuts and crossmember".

You've got the bolts out, probably just need a pry bar to pop them out. If they are still hooked up to the suspension they may have the suspension pushing back keeping it from easily popping out.
Also, when you re-install the eccentric bolts for the front alignment adjustment, make sure to hold the bolt in place and twist the nut to tighten. I've seen guys put an impact on the bolt side, it twists and tears the tabs out of the eccentric washer.
Not to mention you'll need an alignment when you are all done.
