HELP Quick - Belts

I am replacing my air pump. The new air pump has a larger pulley. I have the new belt. My problem is how to get the old belt off. I have already loosen the alternator, BUT how do I get the other belt off that is in front of the air pump belt. Need help fast.

There is an adjustment thing with a ten mm bolt on it that you use it is right in front of the alternator. To be able to loosen that you have to loosen the nut on the idler/tenion pulley thing for the front belt, pretty big nut, I had to use a 1/2 inch drive ratchet to loosen it. Once you loosen that nut you can use the tensioner in front of the alternator.
