Help. Power steering fluid leeking.

I deleted my power steering with the gotham racing kit and I also replaced the boot on the drivers side as it had a little tear on it. I filled the rack with power steering fluid with as much fluid as it could hold then tightened the fittings. I took the car for a quick drive last night. I looked under the car this morning and saw power steering fluid on the ground. I got under the car and saw that the fluid was leaking at the driver's side steering gear boot. Should fluid be leaking from there? What is causing that? Maybe too much fluid in the rack?

Thanx in advance.
