Help ! Poor fitment

I have just fitted my new bumper up to my 99 jspec RX project and it does not match up. It is an aftermarket fibre glass unit (not sure of the manufacturer)

Basically there is a 1 inch gap between the bumper and bonnet.
Does anyone know of a bumper that has a trim piece or what else may be the problem.

many of those bumpers don't fit right and are not well made. rotary extreme makes some quality body parts. not sure about others.
