HELP (now not linked as you want)

I found out that the car felt lazy on the secondary boost area. now i fitted an autometer boost gauge and JR intake kit +Forge Twin Blow off's today with a friend.

Now it looks llike the first turbo is working very well indeed. hitting 0.7-0.8 bar but then when the revs go to 4500, the engine note changes to something weird. you could say like a tv with white rain (no broadcast) just a little lower tone. same time the boost starts to drop FAST. it can drop as low as 0.1 bar! there was few non filmed runs where it kept maybe like 0.2 bar or 0.3, but still after 4500...the boost comes down! you can even here the engine note change on the vids below!!!!!!!

the upper blow off seems to work 110% but the lower hasn't even opened once!!!!!! so there is deffo some ****tttt wrong!

here is some footage from the test run we had few minutes ago. also there is some pictures of the assembly. I WILL get a proper plug for the airpump when i get to a store again. this was made wit the hoses he had that time.

Sounds like the CRV, which you also replaced, isn't closing. Try putting the stock one back in place and see if your secondary boost comes back as a test.

the problem is the same with the old valve. no boost. that's the reason i bought the kit. i'm not sure if the rear valve is actually supposed to change, but the kit was sold by Forge Motorsport as twin blow off kit for the rx-7

we were just thinking that couldit be possible that the Charge Control Valve is stuck closed or so

If it was the charge valve, you'd still have primary boost. However, it seems your boost going going next to nothing which sounds like your CRV isn't closing. Check this site for an overview of how the system is suppose to work:

and some troubleshooting:

Yeah we know that it's not closing, but is the charge control valve releasing the pressure to the intake at all? the charge relif valve should be closed when there is full load 1993 service highlights page 40 (F-23).

what happens if i take the vacuum hose off the rear blow off (CRV) so it won't see the vacuum at all??
