Help Needed Weird problem

I have searched for about 2 or 3 months now and nothing is right. Maz Max said my car was converted to non sequential so their is one variable to put in. First i have a 3k rpm hesitation. Can someone tell me how to fix this (grounding points). Next is i have low boost, horrible acceleration. I will be going in 1st gear feels alright but i hear air flowing straight out of my BOV (stock) and slow boost. Shift to 2nd gear the rear clunks (im guessing pillow ball mount and differential mounts) then same thing happens, air flowing through not feeling any good boost. Boost guage says it is boosting though. Shift to 3rd same thing then at a higher rpm it reads boost but feels as though its dumping it all out somewhere because it stops accelerating. Shift to 4th gear and the same clunk happens and the same thing that happens in 3rd happens in 4th. So can anyone help me?
And about the hesitation. At around 3k it bucks, like it will feel as though it shuts off. I go forward in my seat. Is this hesitation or fuel cut?

Clunks are probably the rear diff/suspension bushings.

Pop the hood and rev that thing and listen/feel for hot air coming out of on of the boost couplers. You could have a boost leak. Check to see where your boost gauge is getting its reading, the boost leak may be (if there is one) behind it.

But if you're Non-Seq you will probably build full boost around 3500.

check that crappy coupler off the y section on your y pipe(unless you got a efiny one).... mine was almost completly cut trough ... when i would acclarate from the engine bay the top of the y pipe would lift off and it would blow all the air out.... crappy boost and shitty accelaration...still managed a 13.7 at the track.. a after market silicone IC coupler fixed my problem....

My boost guage is connected to the UIM, it feels like its in place nice and snug. The intake elbow to the throttle body is missing a gasket but its not leaking bad enough to have this much of an impact. The couplers are good. The previous owner replaced them.
