Question Help needed, car wont turn over

K, i just finished the motor re and re on my car and now the thing wont turn over. The car is a 94 and the motor was blown so i swapped the the complete engine assembley, trans and wiring from my 93 parts car. From what i understand the harnesses are pretty much the same so that shouldnt be the problem right??
The parts car was hit super hard in the front but it still started and ran when i got it so i know theres nothing wrong with it. I double checked all fuses and plugs, everything seems fine. The gauges light up fine when the key is on but i get nothing when i turn it turn it to start. I now also dont have power to the sunroof or heater everything worked fine before i pulled the motor. Ive gone over everything to the best of my knowledge but i cant seem to figure it out so any help or suggestions would be great. Thanks in advance.

jump a wire directly from the positive of the battery to your starter...

also, check the ground for the starter

and check the voltage for the battery, your windows and everything can still work but not have enough juice for your starter to turn

The problem is not the starter, it has power just not gettin a signal from the ignition switch. Thank for the suggestion though. Im asumming that its a connector of some sort but i cant verify that yet cause my multimeter got run over last week and i gotta get a new one. If anyone else can gimme some insite in to this here is whats not working now since the swap:
ignition, power windows/mirrors, heater, sunroof and im assuming the stereo too but its not in right now so i cant say forsure.

I would check the relays, check the fuses, and then get a new multimeter to start probing into why the starter isn't getting signal.

check all the ground points, under the car and in engine bay. if the motor and body are not grounded together and to the battery well.. it'll cause everythign not to work since there's no "-" negative power.
