Help! My car wont start!

Well first the nipple on my MAP sensor broke I tried to fix it with epoxy and drilling it out. Well I am guessing this is what happened. That the map sensor broke again. and the engine was running rich. and it sat with the turbo timer and it ran out of gas. I then think it sucked up some water and I think that the gas lines then froze. Now it wont start. It tries tio turn over but wont start. I did have it running shortly today but It wont Idle it just dies. what can I do to start it. also I am limited on what I can do since it is stuck in the parking lot at work. Please help before my car gets stripped.

I am not sure if there was any at the bottom of the gas tank. But anyway it has warmed up a bit and still wont start. The engine wants to turn over but just dies.

dont ghetto rig the map sensor... there are plenty of 3rd gen owners in st louis that would be able to help you find another.

I wouldn't be surprised if the engine's simply flooded...
