Help! My Car Wont Start!!

hi guy i need your help, i just rebuilt my engine fix all the apex seals and went i try to start the car and the spark plugs gets flooded with fuel. can this be the ecu?

Check to make sure you MAP/Boost sensor is connected and working properly.

Yeah, I was assuming he had all the basics, Spark, Fuel, and Compression.

Although now that I am thinking about it. Is this the first time the rebuild was started? It takes time to break the motor in before everything seats and conmpression is up to par.
