I put down 313 rwhp with dp, cb, stock cat, pfs ic and intake, pfs purple, stock inj, stock fuel pump, vac lines, plugs with 15,000 miles on them, at 13-14psi and that was on a dyna pak, and I don't think my injec duty gets much above 85 at that psi, and I'm runnin a lil rich, I'm thinkin once you get tuned you should easily be over that considerin you have the Hi Flow Cat

oh wow -- I was running 84% so I'm basically pouring fuel down the motor... The hydrocarbons were only 300 though when i went for inspection - granted I failed but Chris at RP said he's seein 2500!

If it's fluttering, maybe your TPS is off, not going WOT, thus the ECU isn't adjusting fuel and timing appropriately.
