I'd like your help in validating/correcting the attached Excel 2000 spreadsheet. My research leads me to believe that it includes all the pertinent information on the 3rd gen’s cooling fan control system and its operation. You guys can help me know that for sure.

For example, I show 6 distinct operating conditions for the fans, and the ECU disables the A/C compressor above 243 degrees F.

I have a modified schematic drawing that now includes the E/L Module. Originally I had this drawing in the spreadsheet, but the file is too big to post so I'll add it to a response.

Also, my plan is to include pictures of each component, too. I have several of them already. The missing items or questions are all highlighted in yellow. If you have clean picture of some of these items, please e-mail or include in your responses.

Damn, all those temps are really high. I think the highest I've ever had mine is 95c, and that's at startup after sitting. Then they drop down to 82-85c once I start driving.
