CT Help with large yellow connector from dash to ecu.

Basically I am almost done salvaging a dash harness that was originally tapped for a microtech. I am down to the long yellow plug under the dash that plugs into the ecu.

I am wondering if anyone has a photo of this connector showing the existing wire locations as I have a blue with orange strip that I need to verify I plugged back into the correct location and I have a wire cut right at the connector on the opposite corner of the larger black with white stripe wire and have no idea where it goes as there is no left over wire of the larger size around and it was cut too short to see existing color on it my guess was another ground.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as it was a nightmare getting everything repinned and modifying the blue plug from the jdm engine harness to work with my exsiting.

thank you,

Try downloading the factory wiring manual here:

http://foxed.ca/foxed/index.php?page=rx7manual#thirdgen

I'm sure you could figure it out from there.

Thanks for the link. Of course i did try to figure it out but i guess I am not that good figuring out what the heck i am looking at when it comes to wiring schematics. I tried looking at the connector pages but could not find the matching connector let alone where the wires are coming from to the connector.

I am referring to the 22 pin yellow dash connector if that helps anyone understand what I am looking at.

Im pretty sure it comes off of the front harness and its connector B1-01 in the factory wiring diagram manual on page B-1A at the bottom. If for some reason you still need a pic let me know.

If u go through all the pages of the manual with the ecu on it find the wires with a label of B1-01 on them. There not in order but it means that wire belongs in that plug. Then look at the picture of the plug breakdown and see if there on the right spot on the connector. L on the wiring diagram stands for blue by the way.
