Question HELP: Installed Fuel Injectors, Pump, and Regulator

I just finished installing a Nippondenso High Flow Fuel Pump, SX Pressure Regulator, and Bosch 1600cc Injectors w/ K2RD Fuel Rail. I found a map for my PFC that had similar mods to mine except for 1200cc injectors, but i changed the lag timing for the 1600s to .40 like I have seen in other post. My car idles very lumpy and at 11 in. hg. vacuum. I know this is low. It also says 10% inj. duty at idle, and lots of white smoke. I heard some stuff about changing the PIM Voltage, but not to sure. I need help fast and hopefully tonight so I can drive it tommorow.

Jason nothing worked. I shaved the FPR fitting and messed with all the adjustments, unflooded the engine that wasn't even flooded, and reset the ecu and nothing helps. My engine is already running really low compression, like 6.3-6.6 kg/cm. It isn't gone is it? All I know is I am ordering a Datalogic this week.
