Help identifying hard lines in front of primary turbo

So today when I was under the car I happened to notice a vacuum line that had a really bad kink connecting two hard lines that sit right in front of the primary turbo. I've been trying to figure out what these small lines are for but couldn't find it labeled in the diagrams. In the below pic, the lines are right in front of the turbo. Basically the line was looped around so tightly back on itself between the hard lines so it's basically pinched off. It's worth mentioning that I have a blitz sbc-id boost controller.

Can you tell me what these lines are?

They may have bypassed the factory boost control solenoids. You're going to have to post a pic of the lines in question on your car if you want a solid answer, though.

Ok so here are the pics. Note that the leftmost line is kinked and looped back into another line. What is that line for? In the reference pic above, it looks like it leads to the primary turbo actuator?

Thanks for the reference pic.

So it's the green line headed to the primary turbo wastegate solenoid. But since I have an aftermarket boost controller, this line is looped into a line above it. That's the line I'm trying to identify since I want to know whether it's ok for it to be kinked since it doesn't matter anyways. Maybe it was looped to avoid using two nipple caps??
