Help - How to remove center console

hey guys,
I need help...
I am installing a boost guage (on the steering column) and a turbo timer. I need to get the meter hood/instrument panel (gauge cluster) out. I've pretty much taken all the other panels out except for this and the center panel.
I can feel it coming out when i pull towards me(towards steering wheel)...but it's not coming out all the way. I'm afraid to use a lot of force cause I might break some stuff....
Can someone give me some tips on how to remove this?

Question

Are you trying to remove the A/C center panel or the dash?

or both?
