Help figuring out my rat's nest

Hi all, hoping I can get some suggestions on what to do, I took off my UIM first thing I noticed was my Turbo Control (by ACV is completely gone). I also noticed my Solenoid Valve for the EGR (D) is plumbed weirdly and haven't been able to find any images of any other solenoid diagrams of it being done this way. It loops into the pipes where the turbo control solenoid should go. I initially thought the previous owner might've made everything into a non-sequential setup, but after going through every solenoid and following each hose, it doesn't look like any of the non sequential diagrams I've found. I took some pictures and drew a complete solenoid diagram of how my car is currently hooked up, hopefully it's clear enough. Unfortunately, my Power FC OLED screen started to go out the last time I drove it, but I remember it showing a peak boost of 10psi. I mostly do highway driving, so I normally don't ever boost on the low end, but the last time I did drive it in the city streets, I did notice i got pretty much 0 boost until maybe closer to 4000rpms, my memory is a bit rocky as it's been a few months now.

Here's the solenoids that I see that are completely gone, along with their hoses:
  • Pressure Regulator Control (A)
  • Double Throttle Control (G)
  • Turbo Control (by to ACV)
  • Surge Control Solenoid
This is what systems I can see are completely removed and is blocked off:
  • Accelerated Warm Up System & Tube
  • Double Throttle System
  • Split Air Pipe
Current mods are Intake, Pettit SMIC, Bonez HFC, Catback, Power FC.
Trying to see what would be suggested to do and if anyone has seen this before, as this isn't looking like it's hooked up for non-sequential, which makes me wonder why the turbo control solenoid is completely removed. I'm assuming reconnecting it and plumbing it is what I should do. Also if anyone else has any suggestions on what to do while the UIM is off, I'm all ears!
Thanks!

Sounds like the previous owner decided to use a solenoid in the rack in place of the second turbo control solenoid to tidy thing up. That should work fine, they are both just 3 port solenoids switching vac.

First off you need a real boost gauge. PFC Commander isn't a boost gauge even if it's working, you really need an analog one to see the sweep and any dips. Just peak boost doesn't help either.

It looks like PO did move some stuff around but I don't think it's non-sequential, there's WAY too much stuff in there for that to be the case. Probably want to post pics of the Y-pipe on the turbos, that will tell for sure.

It will be time consuming but you may want to go over each line and see if it's plumbed in like stock or if it's been altered. If it is different you'll have to see if it's for good reason or simply hooked up wrong. Sometimes for troubleshooting it's worth back tracking to OEM routing and everything, just makes it easier to look at the diagram and troubleshoot.

Hands down the hardest thing to fix is weird stuff done by a previous owner.

Also save a copy of the vacuum diagram on a USB drive. Go to Kinko's or any print shop and have them print it in color in 11x17 and laminate it. Best tool you'll ever buy.

Definitely not non-sequential, just the first conclusion my head jumped to when I saw a solenoid missing and got fixated on it, even though I knew it wasn't. Should've taken and breather and double checked first lol. Been looking into the center gauge pod and a boost gauge so I'll pick one up once I figure out what to get.
I actually read an old post of yours and I've a printed out copy of vacuum diagram and its been super helpful. I've figured out where everything has gone and I'm currently replacing all the turbo solenoids and vacuum hoses. Also figured since I was in there that I'd remove some emissions parts as well since they aren't hooked up and my state doesn't require it anymore for inspections.

I printed one out 11x17 at work back in 2005 when I replaced all the rubber parts in the engine compartment - it's still posted on my bulletin board. Never know when I might need it again.
