Help....FD failed emissions in Chicago

My 93 FD failed emissions today. I failed every test except the gas cap. I passed the last time I took the test and I haven't done anything to the car since then. Any ideas?

Maybe your cat went bad? I find it hard to really warm up the car depending on the test state. I know Ma, check all other things for about 15 mins before checking emissions
