Exclamation help,fd bucking like a bronco btwn 2k and 3k

It feels like the usual 3k hesitation but it's prolonged, more severe, and everwhere from 2000 to 3000 rpms. This happens when the car was warm, sat for awhile and is still fairly warm an hour later. It will start jerking and hesitation just like the k hesitation i'm sure most of us have experienced. It will lose the amount of power i'm giving it with the gas pedal and then catch up or it will stutter. If I drive above 3000 or below 2000 it doesn't happen and usually after the car had been running for awhile like that it fades away. I have no idea what it is or why it is happening. I did change my oil just before it started but I don't know how that could affect it. I have checked the oil a few times since and it is full. I did notice that after I changed the oil the oil pressure gauge wasn't registering much. I topped off the oil and it appeared to just be a bit low (btwn F and L). Ever since I think it has been at the usual readings. The car isn't overheating or leaking coolant. Don't think it's a boost problem since it happens when I'm not int the boost and is boosting regularly. I haven't checked the plugs or the engine grounds since I bought the car. Could these be a problem? Anybody had a similar problem of ideas about what it could be? It's making me really nervous to drive (I don't want to mess it up worse).

My car does the same thing. I always thought it was supposed to be the grounds, but I have cleaned them and added more to no avail. Maybe it is the TPS???
