help on ECU
I've been offered a G-Force Engineering reprogramed Ecu for $450 shipped.
I haven't heard much about the ECU aside from what the seller told me, and I would love if anyone could share some insight on this chip. I'm going to do some research myself but outside input would be most appreciated. Thanks a lot guys!
I would be running this ECU with my 1993 FD base model. I have a ss downpipe, catback, and an m2 cold air intake

from what i have heard about that ecu is you can't really tell if it's been tuned or not, unless you open it up and see a chip from it or something. Other than that, i don't know nothing else about it. If you want a PFS PMS ecu, i have one for 350. You can tune it yourself, but it's already set to 10, 12 and 14 psi, which you can change by switching a small switch.
The G-Force ECU is the same hardware mod as Pettit or M2. As for the maps, I have no idea what its programmed for.
If you want to verify if its really been modified, it is trivial to do. Unscrew the cover, unscrew the top board and peel it back (its connected to the bottom board via a flexible ribbon-type cable) and if there is a daughter board plugged into a socket then its been modified.
