Help! Dropped Nut into LIM.

Help! I dropped a nut into the Lower Intake Manifold. The first hole closest to the front of the car. I tried a magnet and I can't get it out. Is the only other possibility to take the whole thing apart? If so..... what do I need to do?

Go to a parts store and buy one of those magnets that pull out
like a car antenna.

magnet should get it out but do whatever it takes. worse case scenario is taking out the turbos and the LIM. Good luck.

another option would be to tape up the other three ports with duct tape and use a shop vac for its SUCKING POWER clean the shop vac out first so you know if it comes out.

Yeah, buy the telescoping magnet thing. I dropped a UIM nut one time, and that was the only thing that saved me from having to tear apart a bunch of other **** to get it out. Def. worth the $3.

Ended up using the shop vac. Worked great after playing around with a magnet for 8 hours.

Sorry, but with your name and the title of the thread it reminded me of Deez Nutz, lol.
I would turn the car on its side or upside down and see if it comes out.
If that doesn't work, the other methods mentioned might work, though probably not as easy or as good as my way.
