Unhappy help with dash eletrical problem

Hi,

after a rebuild some of the dash instruments stopped working.
i checked wires and everything is connected. i think its maybe some grounding
issue because if i rotate the steering wheel to any side and hold it they start to
work (i know... weird) but if i let go it moves a little and they stop working.

anyone had anything similar happen before?

well, any help is appreciated.

PS: using apexi pfc (don't know if its relevant)

thank you

well the obvious would be loose connections. download the fsm and get a multimeter, then go from there.
