That's in the engine harness, right? There are only two connectors like that in that harness. One is for the water temp sensor, which is located near the knock sensor on the side of the block. Other is the coolant level sensor wire where it passes between the engine and power harness, it connects to the power harness over by the purge solenoid.

EDIT: Have you changed the hose to your brake booster? If so, make sure its not a strait through pipe or you'll get issues. They have some kind of restrictor valve in them

Judging by the position, it's the one that goes to the ACV (switching?), which appears to be deleted on your lim.

Coolant level sensor sounds right since the damn thing keeps giving off an unbearable buzzing lol. Can anyone tell me exactly where it is located? I have everything else connected except for this thing.

coolant level sensor is right radiator hose. The wire traces back to near the alternator/ oil filler.

Looks like coolant level to engine harness connector, but that plug is normally by the power steering pump.
