Unhappy HELP!! Clutch wont dissengage.

I recently replaced my transmission since it was out I figured id just upgrade the clutch to ACT Street strip. After assbling all the componets together car started up fine, but i was unable to get the car in gear. The car mad a grinding noise like it does when the clutch is up.i then procedded to take a look at the setup. When the clutch is depressed the preasure plate is lifted off the clutch but not enuf for dissengagement (determined vissually through service cover). This led to me bleeding the cluthc several times. After a few clutch fluid baths the car is still in the same condition and does not completly dissengage . The car shifts into gear fine when the car is off. If i start is say in reverse the starter will moke the car (clutch engaged). Someone sugessted that Tthere may need to be some adjustment upon replacing a clutch but i didnt see anyt mention of adjusting in the service manual. Any one have any Idea what could be causing the clutch not to fully disengage.

I need to check my spelling before I post lol: Here is the english version:

The car shifts into gear fine when the car is off. If i start it say in reverse the starter will move the car (clutch engaged). Someone sugessted that there may need to be some adjustment to the clutch cylinders upon replacing a clutch, but I didnt see any mention of adjusting in the service manual. Any one have any Idea what could be causing the clutch not to fully disengage.

Try adjusting the clutch pedal heigth. Stock is about 6.5" from the firewall carpet to the middle of the pedal.
The manual shows how. You could always increase this measurement.

Hope you did not put the disc in backwards!

Sounds like your car is doing what mine was doing when I shattered my pilot bearing to peices.

Is this what your car;s doing?

When the car is off it will go in any gear..

When the car is started in neutral and you try to put it into gear it grinds?

This is what you're saying right?

And you installed a new pilot bearing/seal? Used the alignment tool to line everything up? etc..

Ditto to that last post. Happened on my 88 T2. The bearing was practically welded to the shaft. Time to check the bearings
