Unhappy Help! Car will not rev past 5k! Breaking up really bad!

I am working on a 93 Auto. It caught on fire and I have been having problems with it every since.

Mod list: Removed air pump, large XS Power intercooler, K&N cone filters, downpipe, Bonez cat, exhaust. READ EXHAUST NOTES.

It has a decent compression (90 Front, 85/80 Rear) and saw ~ 35 @ the pulses. I have videos of the compression check also.

The car will start up but usually hard starts. If you pull the brake vacuum line it will start easier and hold idle better (usually 1100 on known good ECU.)

It has all new vacuum lines and solenoids, a used harness that replaced the fire one, and new fuel lines/FPD.

The injectors were not cleaned nor replaced. They were pulled out to check for damage but seemed fine.

It has a good TPS and it is calibrated .97V and .5V idle and 5V, and 4.4V full throttle.

It has a brand new leading coil and great condition good ohm trailing coils.

The MAP sensor is replaced and working and it is hooked up.

The coolant sensors are hooked up properly. The low coolant sensor is broken so it comes on randomly.

It has all of the emissions equipment with the exception of the air pump. It has a Bonez cat and I know this is going to cause problems but it will be dealt with after the car runs. I don't know who did this. It runs the same with or without the cat. Yes it does catch the yard on fire.

I had to patch a few wires on the harness I bought but heres the curve ball. I have had the car running damn near perfectly before. It was throwing a TPS code when it ran good also. I tested the TPS and it was way out of spec but the car idled great and would rev out perfectly. I was running 7 psi because the wastegate was ran without the solenoid at that time. It had hard shifts when it ran good because the TPS was causing the transmission to throw codes also. The TPS was brand new but seemed to be impossible to get into spec so I put a older one on it. I have 7 TPS sensors and all of them do the same thing so I do not believe it's a bad sensor but it is leading me to believe that it could be related to the TPS in some way or another.

Please help me! I have been working on this car for months and all I want to do is drive it!

There are no other engine codes being thrown? Sounds quite tough. My guess is the fuel injectors. Good luck.

I had a FD that wouldn't rev past about 5k, in the driveway or on the street.

Turns out that the wire going to the CAS was damaged.

If it was my car I'd bite the bullet and buy a new engine harness.

Wish I could say the owner would be willing to purchase a new wiring harness.

I have gone through boxes of spark plugs because it keeps flooding out. It will run O.K. when it's cold but once it warms up it just dies. Then I have to change plugs for it to start and it will flood out relatively fast. Any ideas? Runs choppy and idles bad. Injectors are good/new ones.

It's not throwing any codes either.
