Help Car Giving Code #71

I was driving my car the other day and all of a sudden it started back firing and bucking any time i got to 2500-3000rpms or under any boost. Stopped car and checked under hood and found front secondary injector plug disconnected. Reconnected and tryed car out still does the same thing. I changed all spark plugs were fouled out. Then tryed again same thing. Checked for codes and got #71 front secondary injector code. Unsure on what to do now. Would not clearing code after pluggin the injector back up cause same problem. Please Help
