I actually meant wastegate actuator.

 

You still only have one of those with the sequential setup (the other is the Pre-Control up front with it). However, you still need something to function with the wastegate actuator; whether that is the stock solenoid or an aftermarket solenoid from an EBC will be your decision.

 

WIth a full exhaust car and it not having a tuned standalone he is better off with out it and just running an empty vacuum line to the wastegate actuator. The car should hold 8lbs steady, on cold nights probably creep up to 9lbs but it will be safe.
